  • 4 c. flour
  • 1 1/3 c. shortening
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. water

Directions

    Mix first 4 ingredients with 2 knives.

    Mix vinegar, egg and water together.

    Add flour mixture.

    Stir until moistened.

    Roll into shape and line 9-inch aluminum pans; freeze until needed. Makes 4 crusts.
