- 1 c. lard or vegetable shortening
- 1/2 c. cold water
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Combine dry ingredients and cut in lard or vegetable shortening until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

2Gradually add cold water until mixture can be shaped into a ball.

3Chill.

4Roll out as needed.

5Makes enough for 4 single crust or 2 double crust pies.
