- 3 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. Crisco
- 1 well beaten egg
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 6 Tbsp. cold water
Directions

1Can use a mixer to blend flour, salt and Crisco.

2Add egg, vinegar and water, mixing lightly with a fork.

3Pour on plastic wrap.

4Press dough to oblong shape and wrap and let stand a few minutes.

5Cut in 4 even shapes and roll out each one.

6Bake shells 10 to 15 minutes.

7Prick with fork before baking in a 425° oven. Makes 2 double crusts or 4 single.
