  • 4 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 3/4 c. Crisco
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 tsp. vinegar
  • 1 egg

Directions

    Mix flour, salt and sugar.

    Cut in Crisco.

    Beat egg, water and vinegar together.

    Add to flour mixture.

    Knead well.

    Divide into 5 balls.

    Chill 1/2 hour before rolling out.

    (Can put extra pie crust in pans and put in freezer.)
