- 1 cup flour, all-purpose sifted,
- 3/4 teaspoons salt optional
- 13 cup corn syrup, light light
- 2 tablespoons milk skim
Directions

1Preheat oven to 475 degrees.

2Mix flour and salt in bowl.

3Combine syrup and milk and add all at once to flour mixture.

4Stir with a fork til thoroughly mixed.

5Shape mixture into a ball and place in between 2 squares of wax paper lightly dusted with flour.

6Roll pastry into a circle large enough to fit a 9 inch pan.

7Spray pan with nostick spray and arrange pastry in pan.

8Cut off edges and press with fork.

9Prick bottom all over with a fork.

10Bake about 10 minutes or til golden brown.

11Cool before filling.
