- 2 Tbsp. cold water
- 1/2 c. boiling water
- 3 egg whites
- 6 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- pinch of salt
Directions

1Blend cold water and cornstarch; add boiling water and cook, stir until clear and thick.

2Let stand until cold.

3Using mixer on high speed, beat egg whites until foamy, gradually add sugar and beat until stiff.

4Combine the cornstarch mixture and stiff egg whites, mix on low speed, add vanilla and salt.

5Beat at high speed until stiff and put on pie.
