  • 4 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 3/4 c. Crisco
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. water

Directions

    Mix flour, salt, sugar and Crisco.

    Using pastry mixer or knives, cut into pea sizes.

    Add egg, vinegar and water.

    Blend. Refrigerate until needed.

    Makes 3 or 4 pie shells.
