  • dash of salt
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 2 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef (lean, can use ground turkey)
  • 5 to 6 medium potatoes, cooked and mashed
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • onion powder to taste
  • garlic powder to taste
  • Lawry's seasoned salt to taste
  • 1 lb. bacon
  • 3 onions, chopped
  • 2 sticks margarine

    Mix Egg Beaters,

    salt, water and flour together.

    Roll out to 1/8 inch thickness

    cut

    into approximately 4 inch circles. Brown

    meat and drain off excess fat.
