- 4 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 50 g butter
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 egg
Directions

1Boil water, butter and salt.

2Pour over flour.

3Mix when cool enough to handle.

4Add egg. Mix.

5Knead dough.

6Allow to rest 15 minutes covered.

7Roll out dough and cut out circles.

8Fill with desired filling (I like potato and onion).

9Boil in salted water. Pierogi is done when it floats to the top.

10Note: Serving size is approximate. I had to fill something in the field. The amount you get depends on the size you make them.
