- 2 pounds pork breakfast chops, sliced very thin
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 4 cups Town House Crackers crushed
- 2 eggs
- water
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- oil for frying
Directions

1Slice chops into small pieces, 2 inches in diameter.
