  • 2 pounds pork breakfast chops, sliced very thin
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 4 cups Town House Crackers crushed
  • 2 eggs
  • water
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • oil for frying

Directions

    Slice chops into small pieces, 2 inches in diameter.

    (They will end up being sort of triangular shapes and look like pigs ears.)

    Marinate in next 3 ingredients overnight or at least 2 hours.

    Mix eggs, water and 2 tablespoons sugar in small bowl, beat.

    Dip each pork piece in cracker crumbs, then in egg, then in crackers again.

    Add to hot oil and deep fry about 3 to 4 minutes (until golden brown).

    Remove to drain.
