- 1 yellow cake mix
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1 small can mandarin oranges
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 1 (3 oz.) instant vanilla pudding
- 1 (16 oz.) Cool Whip
Directions

1Beat together the first four ingredients for two minutes. Divide in three 8 or 9-inch layer pans.

2Bake at 325° for 20 to 25 minutes.

3While cake is cooling, mix pineapple with juice and instant pudding together, then fold the Cool Whip into mixture. Spread between layers and on top of cake.

4Must be refrigerated or can be frozen.
