  • 8 ounces, weight Softened Cream Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoons Chili Powder (more If Desired)
  • 1 cup Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese
  • 12 ounces, weight Mini Bell Peppers (Or Jalapenos If You Like Heat)
  • 14 ounces, weight Package Little Smokies
  • 12 ounces, weight Raw Bacon, Cut Into 3rds
  • Toothpicks

Directions

    Preheat oven to 375 F.

    Whip together cream cheese, seasonings and shredded cheese in a bowl.

    Cut mini peppers in half and clean out seeds.
  4. 4
    Fill each pepper half with cream cheese, tuck a Little Smokie on top and wrap a piece of bacon around it.

    Secure the bacon with a toothpick.

    Place on a broiler pan and bake at 375 F for 30 minutes, or until the bacon is nice and crisp.

    Serve hot.
