- 2 lb. hamburger
- tomato juice
- 1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. garlic salt
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- cabbage leaves
Directions

1Mix raw hamburger, raw sausage, rice, garlic salt and salt together.

2Carefully take cabbage leaves off and blanch them in boiling water until pliable.

3Shape meat mixture into rolls, about 3 x 1 1/2-inches.

4Roll into cabbage leaf and place in a Dutch oven roaster.

5Cover with tomato juice and cook over low heat for about 3 hours.
