- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 1/2 c. instant rice
- 1 1/2 c. beef bouillon
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. sliced almonds
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
Directions

1Saute onion in butter in large skillet until tender, but not brown, about 5 minutes.

2Add rice and saute for 3 minutes.

3Add bouillon

4and salt.

5Bring to boil.

6Remove from heat.

7Cover and let stand for 5 minutes.

8Stir in almonds and parsley; fluff with a fork.
