- 4 c. cooked turkey
- 1 c. frozen peas
- 1 c. frozen corn
- 2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans turkey gravy
- 1/4 c. snipped chives
- 1 to 1 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
- 4 c. leftover mashed potatoes
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2In a large bowl, mix turkey, peas, corn, gravy, 2 tablespoons of the chives and the thyme.

3Turn into shallow 2 1/2 to 3-quart baking dish; set aside.

4Warm potatoes and mix in remaining chives.

5Cover turkey mixture with potatoes. Bake at 400° for about 25 minutes, until turkey mixture is bubbly and potatoes begin to brown.

6Makes about 6 servings.
