  • 1 pound Smoked Cheddar, Grated
  • 1 pound Bacon, Cooked And Crumbled
  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 1 quart Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cans Chipotle Peppers In Adobo, Chopped
  • 1 whole Green Onion, Chopped (optional)
  • 1 whole Day Old Baguette, Thinly Sliced
  • 1/4 cups Olive Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Each Paprika, Italian Seasoning, And Kosher Salt

    For the pimento cheese: Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl and garnish with green onions, if desired.
