  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 c. fresh basil, loosely packed
  • 1 c. fresh Italian parsley, loosely packed
  • 1/4 c. fresh celery leaves, loosely packed
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh chives
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) pkg. Silken tofu
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Place the garlic, basil, parsley, celery and chives in a food processor and chop until fine.

    Add the remaining ingredients and process until creamy.

    Yield: approximately 2 cups.
