  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, At Room Temperature
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Or Colby Jack Cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
  • 3 Tablespoons Jalapeno Peppers, Chopped
  • Pretzel Crisps Or Crackers (to Serve)
  • 13 cups Sliced Almonds

Directions

    Place cream cheese, cheese, mustard, and peppers in a food processor and process until well blended.

    Place on a piece of plastic wrap.

    Shape into a 4 inch tall oval that has a pine cone shape.

    Insert almonds in rows to completely cover cheese mixture.

    Loosely wrap it and refrigerate until ready to serve.

    Serve as a spread with crackers or pretzel crisps.
