- 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Or Colby Jack Cheese
- 2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
- 3 Tablespoons Jalapeno Peppers, Chopped
- Pretzel Crisps Or Crackers (to Serve)
- 13 cups Sliced Almonds
Directions

1Place cream cheese, cheese, mustard, and peppers in a food processor and process until well blended.

2Place on a piece of plastic wrap.

3Shape into a 4 inch tall oval that has a pine cone shape.

4Insert almonds in rows to completely cover cheese mixture.

5Loosely wrap it and refrigerate until ready to serve.
