Pineapple Banana Shake

- 1 (8 oz.) can unsweetened crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 c. skimmed milk
- 1 medium banana, cut in chunks
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 ice cubes
- fresh strawberries (optional)
- 1 1/2 c. uncooked oats
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. vegetable broth
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 350°.

2Mix the ingredients well.

3Put flour on your hands and take a small piece of the dough.

4Make it into a shape, make sure to keep it thin.

5Put the biscuits on a greased cookie sheet.

6Place them in the oven for 30 to 35 minutes.

7After baking, let the biscuits cool for 30 minutes.
