- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
- 3/4 c. butter or margarine
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 (15 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
- 4 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 c. flaked coconut
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Combine 2 cups flour and powdered sugar in a medium bowl; cut butter in with a pastry blender until mixture is crumbly.

2Press mixture into an ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

3Bake at 350° for 15 to 18 minutes or until lightly browned.

4Remove from oven and cool.
