Shrimp Mousse

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. gelatin
  • 1/4 c. cold water
  • 1 can tomato soup (no water added)
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 1/4 c. grated onion
  • 1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
  • 1 1/2 c. bite-size shrimp (10 oz. can or 16 oz. bag)

Directions

    Dissolve gelatin in cold water.

    Heat soup and add to gelatin. Cool; add cream cheese and whip with electric mixer.

    Add remaining ingredients and mix again.

    Let set in 2-quart mold for several hours.

    Unmold; serve with crackers.
