  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
  • 1 c. white sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking soda

Directions

    Beat eggs until fluffy.

    Add pineapple, including juice.

    Add flour, sugars and soda.

    Add 1/2 of the nuts, saving the rest to sprinkle on top of the frosting.

    Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes in a 9 x 13-inch ungreased pan.
