- 2 sticks margarine
- 2 c. sugar minus 4 tsp.
- 8 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 (20 oz.) cans crushed pineapple, drained
- 8 slices Pepperidge Farm toasting white bread, crust removed and cubed
Directions

1Cream the sugar and margarine together.

2Add eggs.

3Beat until thick.

4Fold in pineapple and bread.

5Bake at 325° for 50 minutes. Bake with foil; remove last 15 minutes.

6Sprinkle top with cinnamon.
