Pineapple Bread

  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 2 c. sugar minus 4 tsp.
  • 8 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 (20 oz.) cans crushed pineapple, drained
  • 8 slices Pepperidge Farm toasting white bread, crust removed and cubed

Directions

    Cream the sugar and margarine together.

    Add eggs.

    Beat until thick.

    Fold in pineapple and bread.

    Bake at 325° for 50 minutes. Bake with foil; remove last 15 minutes.

    Sprinkle top with cinnamon.
