- 1/2 c. butter (soft)
- 1 c. sugar
- 5 slices bread, cubed
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, well drained
Directions

1Heat oven to 325°.

2Beat eggs in mixer until fluffy.

3Cream butter and sugar.

4Beat until real creamy.

5Add vanilla.

6Do not use the mixer now.

7Fold in pineapple; fold in bread crumbs. Grease your dish; pour in batter.

8Bake 40 minutes uncovered.
