Pineapple Bread Pudding

- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple in its own juice
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 stick butter or margarine, melted
- 8 slices stale bread
Directions

1Break up bread into small pieces and set aside.

2In a bowl, beat eggs, sugar and melted butter; mix well.

3Add pineapple with juice and mix well.

4Add bread and stir to coat.

5Pour into greased casserole dish.

6Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
