  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 round Tbsp. flour
  • 6 slices bread
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. margarine (1/2 c. soft or 1 stick)

Directions

    Melt margarine and add bread, broken up.

    Then add remaining ingredients together and pour over bread.

    Bake 30 minutes at 350°. Use 8 x 12-inch pan.
