  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 20 oz. pineapple (canned), crushed
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 5 oz. evaporated milk
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1 c. coconut

    Put first 5 ingredients into a 13 x 9 pan and mix together well.

    Place into a 350° oven for 30 minutes.
