Pineapple Casserole

  • 3 (12 oz.) cans unsweetened pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. plain flour
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 c. melted margarine
  • 1 1/4 stacks Ritz crackers, crushed

Directions

    Place pineapple in bottom of 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.

    Mix sugar, flour and cheese and sprinkle over top of pineapple.

    Mix crushed crackers with margarine and crumble over top.

    Bake at 350° for 25 minutes, uncovered.
