- 1/2 c. margarine (4 to 6 Tbsp.)
- 5 slices bread, cubed
- 4 eggs
- 1 lb. can crushed pineapple, well drained

1Cream sugar and margarine.

3Mix in pineapple; fold in bread.

4Place in greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
