Pineapple Casserole

  • 2 cans no. 2 pineapple chunks, drained
  • 2/3 c. granulated sugar
  • 5 Tbsp. plain flour
  • 1 c. grated sharp cheese
  • 1/4 box regular size Ritz crackers (crushed)
  • 1 stick melted margarine

Directions

    Place pineapple in casserole dish.

    Mix sugar and flour together and sprinkle over pineapple. Add grated cheese and top with crackers.

    Melt 1 stick margarine and pour on top.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.

    Uncover and eat while hot.
