  • 1 large can pineapple tidbits (juice included)
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1 stick butter, melted

Directions

    Pour pineapple into a casserole.

    Mix sugar, flour and cheese together; sprinkle over the pineapple.

    Mix butter and crackers together; crumble over mixture.

    Bake for 25 minutes at 350°. Serves 10 to 12.
