  • 8 slices bread
  • 1 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple

Directions

    Break bread into bite size pieces and spread in a 1 1/2-quart casserole pan.

    Mix sugar, eggs and pineapple.

    Pour over bread and mix until all bread is covered.

    Pour melted butter over and bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
