Pineapple Casserole

  • 2 can Crushed Pineapple- 20 Oz cans
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 3 large eggs
  • 4 slice bread

Directions

    Mix pineapple (juice and all) with sugar, flour and eggs.

    Mix well.

    Butter bread and cut into cubes.

    You can remove the crust but I dont.

    Any bread you prefer will work.

    Pour pineapple mix into 2 quart baking dish.

    Top mixture with the bread cubes.

    Press bread down slightly into the mixture.

    Bake at 350F uncovered for 45 to 50 minutes or until set and browned.
