- 2 pkg. Knox unflavored gelatine
- 1 c. boiling water
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 (6 oz.) cans tuna, drained
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. green pepper, diced
- 1/2 c. celery, diced
- 1/2 c. onion, diced
Directions

1Dissolve the Knox gelatine in the hot water.

2Cool until it thickens to a syrupy consistency.

3Whip together the cream cheese, soup, tuna and mayonnaise.

4Fold in the gelatine mixture.

5Add the diced vegetables.

6Pour into a six cup mold and refrigerate until firm.

7Unmold onto a plate lined with lettuce leaves.
