  • 1/2 ounce Cointreau liqueur
  • 1/2 ounce vodka
  • 1 ounce pineapple juice
  • 3 ounces champagne
  • 1 maraschino cherry

    Muddle the pineapple pieces and Cointreau in the bottom of a mixing glass.
