  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 2 c. chopped pecans, divided

Directions

    Mix first 5 ingredients with 1 cup chopped pecans. Refrigerate until firm.

    Roll into ball and roll out remaining nuts until coated.
