Pineapple Cheese Ball

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. drained crushed pineapple
  • 2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 2 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Beat cream cheese until smooth; add green pepper, onion, pineapple, salt and 1 cup of pecans.

    Mix well.

    Cool until it can be rolled into a ball.

    Roll in remaining nuts.

    Chill at least 1 hour.

    (Flavor increases if chilled overnight.)

    Serve with crackers or party rye.
