- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 1/4 c. drained crushed pineapple
- 2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 2 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Beat cream cheese until smooth; add green pepper, onion, pineapple, salt and 1 cup of pecans.

2Mix well.

3Cool until it can be rolled into a ball.

4Roll in remaining nuts.

5Chill at least 1 hour.

6(Flavor increases if chilled overnight.)
