Pineapple Cheese Ball

- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 small can crushed pineapple
- 1/2 lb. crushed pecans
Directions

1Drain juice from the pineapple completely.

2In a small mixing bowl, mix the pineapple with cream cheese.

3It is messy, but mixes best if done by hand.

4Once thoroughly mixed, form a ball on wax paper.

5Let ball chill for 30 minutes to 1 hour to make a little more solid.

6Once chilled, roll cheese ball in pecans until completely covered.

7Serve with any crackers.
