  • 3 oz. pkg. lemon jello
  • 1 c. pineapple juice
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. whipping cream, whipped
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

    Dissolve jello in hot water; mix in pineapple and lemon juice; pour into mold and refrigerate until partially set. Then fold in pineapple, cheese and then whipping cream. Refrigerate until firm; unmold and serve.
