  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears
  • 1 lb. Country Pride boneless skinless chicken breasts or chicken tenders
  • 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can pineapple chunks
  • 2 tsp. cornstarch
  • 2 tsp. hoisin sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine or butter
  • 1 Tbsp. diced pimiento

Directions

    Cook frozen broccoli according to package directions; drain. Cover and keep warm.

    Meanwhile, rinse chicken; pat dry.

    Cut chicken into thin strips.

    For sauce, combine undrained pineapple, cornstarch, hoisin sauce and ginger; set aside.
