  • 1 C Rice
  • 1 1/2 C Chicken Broth
  • 4 Boneless Chicken Breasts (sliced or diced)
  • 2 C sliced celery
  • 1 C diced onion
  • 1/2 C diced green bell pepper
  • 2 TBSP soy sauce
  • 1 can of pineapple rings in heavy syrup
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
