  • 1 stick margarine
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple (undrained)
  • 1 tsp. lemon flavoring
  • 2 pie shells

Directions

    Mix butter, sugar and flour. Blend in slightly beaten eggs. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into pie shells and bake at 375° for 30 to 45 minutes.
