  • 1/2 c. Crisco
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Sift flour, salt, baking powder and soda together. Cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Add dry ingredients; mix.

    Add pineapple last. Drop by teaspoons. Bake at 350° until light brown.
