Pineapple Cranberry Squares

  • 2 pkg. raspberry gelatin
  • 1 1/2 c. boiling water
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
  • 1 (1 lb.) can whole cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 c. Port wine or fruit juice
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. dairy sour cream

Directions

    In a 9-inch square pan dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in pineapple, cranberry sauce and wine.

    Chill until mixture thickens slightly.

    Fold in pecans.

    Chill until firm.

    In small bowl beat cream cheese with sour cream until smooth.

    Spread over gelatin.

    Keep chilled until serving time.

    Cut into squares and serve.
