  • 2 (8 oz.) cans pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. pineapple juice
  • 1/4 c. melted margarine
  • Ritz crackers, crushed (enough to absorb melted margarine)

Directions

    Put pineapple in 13 x 9-inch baking dish.

    Mix sugar, flour, cheese and pineapple juice.

    Spread over pineapple.

    Top with soaked crackers.

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
