  • 1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 1/4 c. butter or margarine
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar, packed

  • 1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
  • 1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 Tbsp. baking powder
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 2/3 c. milk
