  • 1 box Jiffy Yellow Cake Mix
  • 1 pkg. Instant Vanilla Pudding
  • 1 can Pineapple, crushed
  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese
  • 2 c. Milk
  • 10 oz. container of Cool Whip
  • Cherries
  • Chopped Walnuts

Directions

    Drain pineapple saving juice.

    Prepare cake mix according to directions, substituting pineapple juice for liquid.

    Bake in greased 9 x 13 pan for about 35 minutes at 350°.

    Cool Cake.

    Whip together cream cheese, pudding and milk until smooth.

    Spread over cooled cake top.

    With drained pineapple, cover with Cool Whip. Garnish with cherries and nuts.
