Ingredients
- 1 large or 2 small lemon jello
- 1 pt. milk
- 3 egg whites
- 1 pt. whipping cream
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 large baked angel food cake
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 medium can crushed pineapple
Directions

1Beat egg white stiff but not dry.

2Combine milk, sugar, egg yolks and cook until it coats spoon as in custard.

3Pour this over jello.

4Stir until dissolved.

5Cool until almost jelled.

6Add beaten egg whites.

7Drain the pineapple; add and blend well.

8Fold this mixture into the whipped cream. Cut or break the cake into pieces and pour the cream mixture a fourth at a time until all is used.

9Refrigerate overnight.

10Cut into serving size.

11Serve with fresh strawberries or other berries.
