- 4 c. bread cubes
- 2 c. chopped apples
- 1 (20 oz.) can drained crushed pineapple
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. milk
- cinnamon
- brown sugar
- 3/4 c. walnuts (optional)
Directions

1Layer bread, nuts, apples and pineapple into a 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Cream butter and sugar.

3Add eggs and milk.

4Pour over bread and fruit.

5Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.

6Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours.

7Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 60 minutes.
