  • 1 c. evaporated milk
  • 2 c. pineapple juice
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 1/2 c. granulated sugar

Directions

    Combine ingredients and put in an 8-inch square cake pan.

    Put in freezer.

    When almost frozen, put in a chilled mixing bowl and beat until fluffy.

    Return to cake pan, freeze until set.
